Since starting my spiritual journey I’ve come across many blocks and have experienced stagnancy on the road prolonging the process and making harder on myself. With Jonah though she has not just been a catalyst to continue on this journey but a guiding light. She supports me in my growth and embracing my strength through every step helping me remember the true power that I hold. She not only helps you with moving stagnant energy and remembrance but she teaches you so that you can also continue the work in helping yourself.
